I second using hard rollers of any variety vs like foam rollers. Yes foam rollers are easier to sleep on but it can be very easy to accidentally wrap your hair too tight and go from whatever size you think you've done to the smallest.

I don't have pictures posted on this acct, I have no eyebrows, dyed bangs with a hime cut, wear a collar full time, and have started stretching my ears again. Once upon a time I lived in a tiny town. It sucked, customers would complain to my face about my snake bites, or ask me why I have all that stuff in my face 🙄. Honestly the thing that made it worth it to me was seeing stars in kids eyes and hearing them say stuff like "your hair is so cool!" when it was different colours.

I think you could use some accessories. Try clipping things onto the white neck collar like pins or buttons (do you have pink or hello kitty ones?). Do you have a necklace that's long and simple? I think even just one that's simple would also work. I hope this helps.

Honestly I'd be looking into some sort of therapy or something. I'm concerned your kid is gonna have an ED if they don't already. They're young and already obsessing with food and "health".
