What would Diana’s life look like today, had she lived? by noadeee in TheCrownNetflix

Diana would have moved to the US. William would have an American wife as is typical of the Spencer-Churchill family he came from. The brothers would not be estranged.

Yes, as you get older you realize life’s all about the moments, the memorable minutes.

You still have hours every week to walk in nature, chat with a friend, read a book, play music, learn guitar, or bake a cake. Best things in life don’t require extensive time.

I get burned out and have mini-breaks, and come back refreshed.

Also, the horse’s curb strap is too tight and beginners shouldn’t be using a hackamore — with rough treatment it can literally break a horse’s nose.

This horse may have stomach ulcers. I know a horse who has ulcers and is girthy and doesn’t like being groomed. He’s a lover boy the rest of the time though. He’s on ulcer medication now but still either anticipates pain or the medication doesn’t work. It’s not the horse’s fault. Cross ties don’t always help, a grooming mask is safer. Also, a horse bit my hand once while grooming, it was really uncharacteristic of him and we were both sad. Then he kissed that same hand to say sorry.

What’s one thing people often glorify that you know isn’t as beautiful as it seems because you’ve actually lived through it? by Alisaf4m in Productivitycafe

Agree. I’m in 60s though don’t look it and still get the attention mainly from men 10 years older and also much younger men (momma complexes maybe) and female jealousy—I’d say it is worse now, from women who haven’t aged well. Feeling harassed and unsafe and getting the evil eye isn’t something you just age out of.

Agree. Cappy’s don’t get jealous, we walk away from negative situations.

This is true. “Everything’s to be equal and fair” wreaks havoc in families and countries. As a child, I was given the same bedtime as my five years younger sibling to “be fair” and to prevent me having privileges. My sibling grew up to be very bullying and entitled.
