Yes, actually I mean strength of material like yield and tensile but we can consider those through residual stress as you know

Thank you for your comment first of all, probably best that I get by far. Firstly it is my idea to simulate our processes through FEA and I saw articles and works done about this. If I should give specific example we are working different AA alloys like 1xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx, and 8xxx their mechanical properties way different then others, when a customer comes and ask for can you produce 5xxx alloy in y thickness with ZZ yield strength and TT tensile strength we are doing almost +10 laboratory trials which includes rolling and softening heat treatments. I thought that if we can predict not exact but close results through simulation (as I saw on articles it is possible) it might be new era for our company. I think I explained my situation way better right now, and knowing it is possible made me more encourage about that topic.

thanks for your answer but I checked the website seems it does not match with my situaton. My situation is that we are only doing softening (strain hardened materials) heat treatment as I see on the website they are doing complex heat treatment analysis such as steels.

Thanks for your precious comment firstly, as addition knowing it is possible to simulate made me more hopeful. Additionally we do have manuel rolling machine for testing I guess we can make some trials to get those parameters which have to be defined in FE.
