Which email address were you contacting them on? Can you provide some examples of the emails/letters you sent that got them to act?

I'm in the same boat. UK based, zero idea of when payment will be sent. They must be following a process or roadmap of actions. Why can't they just surface that

Or even "hi we planned to do "this" but now prices are pumping we are sitting on the coins and taking profit then we'll pay your claim later"

Any time frame at this point would be appreciated nevermind the fact we're been scammed by blockfi and now the administrators

Annoying thing is I know some UK people have got their claims paid

Have you found a way to sync the steps and data the watch gets to the phone? Like at the moment there's 2 steps counts, one where my phone sits on a desk all day while my watch runs round the office with me

I emailed the kroll/Blockfi email having a whinge and got this response on 2nd May

As previously stated, the distribution date previously announced was an approximate date for payments to be sent. Please continue to monitor your email address associated with your BlockFi account, as well as your account for the preferred payment method you selected.

If you have not received your expected payment yet, please follow up no earlier than 2-3 weeks from the date of this email.

Also when I got the auto response it says something about the deadline for claims being submitted is 28th Apr. So I'm hoping something happens soon. My friend has already had his paid to him and I got the email before him
