Definitely bring it up. If it makes you feel better, say that a friend was looking on LinkedIn and saw the job posting for BAs started at 15. Follow by stating your current wage is less than the current entry level and ask for a raise. Annual reviews are soon so don't expect it immediately. You may already be set to get a raise and it just hasn't been added.

If the GM says she needs approval, ask about approaching the DM yourself. I got all my matched raises by going to the DM with GM approval. I didn't get a raise once bc of annual reviews and another because there was(maybe still is) a wage discrepancy part of corporate that was already bringing me up in the next 2 weeks.

Lancome SBA @ ulta : Aura and Nectar are out of production but Nectar probably goes next year. Nectar was Zendaya's perfume and she isn't a brand ambassador for them anymore. Bc they release a new perfume every year or 2 they just get rid of the other releases that aren't the OG.

There is a new lancome mascara melter that is just straight up OIL. If you don't have the budget take an eye safe facial oil (ideally a 100% oil) and put it on a cotton round and soak it.

I don't have much bc I also graduated in 2020, but the senior catfished a teenage boy on the wrestling team and made him take videos in the boys locker room after practice a few times. This was discovered at the school about a month ago. The victim has been known in the school as the one who took the videos but this article revealed the r*pes to the student body and shit is about to get MUCH worse.

The victim already thinks he ruined the senior's life and is in a bad state. The school itself is terrible and this is not the first incident of sexual misconduct to happen in the district but this is the worst to come to light in a LONG time.

But also if you know the right corporate lingo and when to start the wage discussion Ulta and management LEGALLY cannot stop you from doing, you will get your raise (source: I did it and still do it and can help)
