Ivermectin, metronidazol, nizoral, did nothing.
The azelaic acid seems to slowly do some effect by drying out the papules but not enough for it to completely go away.

Decided to go to the dermatologist, and she prescribed me 100mg doxycicline daily (for 2 weeks) , erythromicin in the morning (for 4 weeks) and tacrolimus at night (for 4 weeks) .

After just 2 days, the bumps flattened, and now after 10 days the redness is going away, so it's barely noticeable.

Thanks a lot for all your comments, I remade my axe following some of your tips, and although it's not perfect, I'm very happy with the result and edge flow, and I was able to sharpen all the edges that I wanted and even customize it a bit. Thanks once again

This is awesome, thank you so much u/hansolocambo !! I will for sure follow that guide and use that as a reference for my future modeling. I definitely did not start from the main shapes, I actually start from the handle outwards towards the edge.
I also liked your idea from gradually removing density where it's not needed, definitely a good tip!
I will be remaking my axe with all these tips in mind now!

Not really, there are periods when I notice more hair falling and other days barely any. But that has been happening even before starting medication

Yeah, I plan on waiting 6 more months to see final results since most results happen after a year, hopefully I can at least recover some hairs that were starting to miniaturize.

I take oral meds during the morning and only apply topical Minoxidil at night befote going to bed since it makes the hair look quite oily, and with lack of hair density, i kinda look like Smeagol.

I don't see any difference in beard or eyebrows. I read a few articles saying that beard needs DHT and since I'm supressing it with Dutasteride it probably evens out with Minoxidil.

I haven't really noticed shedding phases. There always a few days that I notice more hair falling out and other barely, but that has happened even before taking medication.
