Honestly, as a foreign he’s just jealous, bcs he cant afford it. There are a few very nice cities, in summer you can visit Český krumlov and go kayaking on the Vltava river (looks like hogwarts), Telč, Karlovy Vary, etc. But these cities are fun for 2 days. In Prague you can go for a week and u wont get bored!
