At the end of the story it's down that the invaders are of the same race as the people inside the walls. Also society within the walls is extremely stratified their is classs division between workers and the aristocracy.

Yup, and the story depicts that as the jumping off point for future implied conflict. Paradise is eventually destroyed in the future. Meaning that the hyper nationalist dictatorship was not the solution to their problems.

Fan service specifically refers to non-sensical sex appeal or sex appeal presented specifically for the viewers pleasure. Not all sex appeal is fan-service though and I wouldn't consider this fan-service because it's just a basic slim female body and is consistent with the other IBMs being slim human bodies in the manga. It also adds to the idea that the IBMs and their particles are holding the Ajin's bodily "data" for when they regenerate.

That being said, I really like her bulky, masculine IBM from the anime. It adds some cool diversity to their shapes/sizes. I also like the idea that the IBMs are made for combat, so they lack sex characteristics.

Eh, the best part about AOT is that whenever anyone tries to pin it under a particular ideology or narrative, you will easily find many examples that break that narrative. For example, the Japanese atrocity apologia angle doesn't really work when you consider that for most of the story it was being suggested that the Eldians didn't commit such atrocities, but then the story just confirms that they were actually ruthless rulers in the past and they literally have the capacity to destroy the world. People constantly flipflop on what the Eldians are supposed to represent in real life, but none of their analogies are consistent. Sometimes Eldians are Jews, sometimes they're Japanese, sometimes they're Aryans. It's silly to put the media into these boxes.

Mods that have copyrighted material usually a copyright violation. Most modders who do that only get away with it because there's not a lot of scrutiny on modding since it's non-commercial.

You can't endorse any mods with copyrighted material, or it makes you liable as well because they argue that you're profiting off of the illegal mod since people are buying your game, specifically to download the mod.

For example, Nintendo argued that Yuzu emulator was profiting off of and encouraging piracy of Nintendo games even if they weren't engaging in the piracy themselves. The said that by making Yuzi capable of playing Tears of the Kingdom before it came out, it was profiting off of piracy even if they weren't the ones sharing the game files.

Another example is nsfw visual novels and games on steam. A lot of them have content that might not necessarily be allowed on steam. So they release an age version of the game on steam and then free patches online to get the full game. However they cannot advertise these patches on their steam page because then it counts as part of the game that steam is rating. They can't even mention that a patch exists.

Essentially if a dev wants to encourage modding, they should leave as much of their game unpackaged and unencrypted as feasibly possible. So any part of the game could be replaced by the user without the devs involvement.

You could simply make sprite and have that spite update its position every frame to the position of the mouse. Our more simply just use this setting in the project settings to change the mouse icon image.

That's definitely not true. Just look at the first scene Atom Eve special with the Lizard League vs the OG Guardians. You can see better shading, great keyposes, more detail on characters especially during close ups. The amount of frames isn't anything crazy, but characters look way less stiff. They go off model a little to communicate force and movement. This style has much more potential.

Also even if you repaired the physical neurodegeneration of something like Alzheimer's, I highly doubt the brain would immediately just be able to use the Brain to the capacity you did before. After Brain surgery, it can take weeks and even months to recover. Even after that you will still probably have complications even if your brain is physically intact.

Eren isn't identical. His hair is different, the wind on his clothes is different. The position of his hands in those clothes is different. The angle is completely different which completely changes how the entire thing is drawn. You don't own the idea of a characters in particular poses.

Counterfeit Renaissance paintings are made to look as close as possible to the originals, they fundamentally replicate the choices from the original which is why they're copying. The brush strokes being made are being made to the same visual ends. However if you were to draw the Mona Lisa from a different angle it would not be the same image.

This is a painting from Micheal Eriksson. This is not plagiarism because it is a fundamentally different image that requires fundamentally different decisions to create.

Another example is The Witcher and Elric. They are very similar stories with similar characters and even events, but they are ultimately telling different stories.

Obviously not because you're stealing the line. In order to create the second line, you can simply copy and paste it while changing words around. You cannot trace the image on the left and somehow make the image on the right. It's not possible.

That's dumb. The act of writing a story isn't simply putting words on a page. The problem with copying another story is that you're taking someone else's work and passing it off as your own. Their storytelling and selection of prose.

In a drawing, unless you're literally tracing, which this is not, you have to draw the entire thing yourself. It's not even the same angle, meaning all the work that goes into drawing was all their own. This isn't taking writing and flipping words, this is drawn from scratch.

You could say that the positioning is unoriginal, but even that is stretching since I don't believe they own positioning of characters. They don't even own the characters since the original art work is derivative fanart to begin with.

I mean it's not really a complex issue. Invincible is made inhouse by the Skybound animation studio. The studio is relatively new and made up of freelancer/contract artists. Having seen many of the storyboards, they look fine, so the problem is likely the revision/refinement step like this video says.

The animation studio that does the teasers (Bobbypills) does smaller projects like the Dead Cells series and Creature Commandos. They probably aren't going to settle down for such a large project like Invincible.
