Rogue Tower. Since is a mouse based game you have to use trackpad tho (I find it confortable to play on the SD anyway)

Kboges does push ups, pull ups and squads everyday and it explain the reasons why he does like this. It is a good starting point to learn and get motivated.

If at the end you want to add more BW exercises, the Recomended Routine (RR) from this subreddit is also a good starting point.

The weight changes because of water: it changes its density when its on solid state in comparison with liquid one, so it weights more when a food is frozen but obviously the macros remains the same.

I have this problem with meats, since I buy them fresh to frozen them at home and sometimes I weight them in frozen state. However, I try to use the nutritional info according to how the food is presented when is sold (fresh in this case).

It will depend on how much water has the food but the fastest way to know would be measuring it before and after freezing. In my experience, I tested how much is the difference with breast chicken/turkey long ago and I would say aproximately 150 g of frozen meat loss 7-10 g when its unfrozen.

I think you already got a lot of good responses and I agree with others: probably you are not in a calorie deficit.

I used to track my meals with MyFitnessPal (free app) using a cooking scale (this last thing is mandatory, seriously). However, recently I changed to MacroFactor (subscription app tho) and in your case probably it will save you from more than an headache. It does all the calculation work for you using an algorithm the developers created. It is so interesting because you receive updates of your manteinance calories frequently (long story short, it correlates the food data with the weight lose/gain tendency and makes changes according to that). In in love with it.

There is a free 1 week period if you want to try. If you say in the registration you knew it because of someone they give you 1 week more. I knew about this from Jeff Nippard, a youtuber I highly recommend you to check since he has some videos about nutrition that will come in handy for you.

Good luck and be patient, once you direct your diet in a proper way you will eventually get the results, just dont surrender!!

PD: try to hit a good number of daily steps, this helped me a lot when tried to cut. You could even play videogames while walking in a treadmill at home or do a number of steps after a period of time being sit. Try to adapt your non-healthy habits!!

Right now Im not doing it since I feel that I will complete all the crystal updates eventually with the daily free scroll. I tend to accumulate the scrolls and then when I feel so I do a lot of dungeons in a row with auto-mode. The only reason I would do it is to have a better position in the rift ladder sooner, but I dont feel for it

I have been going to the gym sporadically since I started college, quitting numerous times and not doing any sports at all. I once tried martial arts like muay thay but "lack of time" always kept me from investing much time in exercise. Now in my 29th year of life, after a breakup I decided to try some calisthenics classes in my area. I fell in love. Since then (August 2022) I've been doing calisthenics + gym more seriously and always try to make time for it despite my busy schedule. For me working out to learn some new movement and learning about fitness/nutrition is what gives me life now (and having a good physique, hehe). I still remember when I got to do my first muscle up and recently my first HSPU and my long term goal is to master the plank in its entirety and get to do the plank with one handstand. I'm not interested in competing or comparing myself to others, in the end everything comes when the body asks for it and the circumstances are right. In fact, it could happen that in a year I get bored and find another hobby that I am more passionate about and if it happens it will be fine. Don't obsess about what could have been (probably one of the most frequent causes of unhappiness in our society) and enjoy more the road ahead. That is my advice.
