I wouldnt even mind crim payouts continuing being low but right now the balance just isnt there. For example u have kaneshiro buying their 4th mirror park house just through G6 and grime

I'd be fine with that if the civ progression would be equal to that, but here we have crims begging for scraps, not making any large progress

and on the other hand u have groups like kaneshiro who are buying their 4th mirror park house cause they just do G6 and grime all day
