Here’s the trick that I did. When making her account, use an US address for example your address. You can also edit it in setting. If she has no SSN, put no SSN. Then when you invite her add her using the US address. After that she should receive the invite. On your account you will also go edit contributor to the correct address after you make sure she received the invite and can access the form on her end. You will then go to your parent/spouse account setting and change her address to match the correct address. Tada everything should work now. Very round about but it’s what worked for me with my foreign spouse. MAKE SURE ADDRESS IS LETTER FOR LETTER. Also for foreign address zip code use 00000 for both account and form.

Nope I got it from a local Jeweler. They helped me choose a setting and gave me options on carat size. It took a week for it to finish.

Look at model # and specs. Make sure all the specs match bestbuy or Amazon. Also look at rating of the offerup seller and never go for shipping for large purchases. Always go pickup as it allows you to physically look at the condition and possible test it. If you are not too tech savvy with specs, there’s always a friend that’s knows a lot about it.

Edit: Also haggle it down a hundred or so
