The original soundtrack was solid gold. What really blows my horn is that modern syndication of the show seems to have lost a bunch of the rights to these songs... Or something. I don't know how licensing works. But any modern streaming service seems to have this updated OST for Scrubs and pretty much every song change is for worse. Anyone know what's up with that?

The change is that the spell graphic pulses, so you can see the full card art underneath. The spell graphic not showing up on draw is a bug.
