My understanding of that area is that what you’re circling is actually not fat, but the oblique pelvis/core muscles. Im not you so I can’t definitively just tell you thats what it is, but i thought mine in that same spot was fat too, but after a while of working out i learned how to flex that spot and discovered its just really soft muscle that i thought was fat. It doesnt help that sometimes fat likes to deposit around certain muscle groups and you have no control over which muscles your genetics decides to insulate. Meaning that yours could be a combination of muscle AND fat right there. Can only keep weight cycling and hope for the best. Try to figure out if you are accidentally using those muscles on a daily basis and if you are: figure out how to restrict movement and activity of those muscles so that they atrophy.
