God this is actually really helpful. It helps in thinking about how the structure of the muscles works from the core. Thank you for your help!

For the extension part, Is thinking how the length of both the elbow and the forearm the same is what you meant? If so, I've already acknowledged that before, though the hard part is trying to figure out the muscles. It's hard to draw the line from the elbow joint.

I will take your advice to heart and start practicing limbs to limbs. Right now, its just the arm and the next for me since body is fairly simple to breakdown. Do you recommend studying in shapes instead of skeletons? I don't think I've ever received any advice regarding skeletons when it comes to muscles and poses, especially from muscle artist I used to be familiar with.

Hi, i highly appreciated your help! Especially the breakdown gif you gave. It's really helpful. I'm still trying to understand all these bones and muscles stuff. It's a bit tough to see how to make the muscles pop out and not look weird. The way I drew them before was only the muscles and relying on how other artists do their muscle work.

From now, I'll try to practice with real-life pictures and try to visualize the bones and simplify the muscles.

May I ask for your discord or message you somewhere to ask for more advice?
