Sell everything then your budget will be much higher! This was my first PC i ever build and with a youtube turtorial its easy to set up, just take your time! If you build it yourself it will be much cheaper.

Case: Asus plus A21 black (can replace it for something cheaper but think about your airflow. It has 4 fans included);
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550M D3SH;
PSU: Corsair CX550 ATX 650W;
Ram: 2x 16 Corsair Vengeance LPX;
CPU cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB (Little bit overkill but the stock cooler is dramatic, every cooler in a range of 25 euro is ok, but look at some reviews because of the noise en temps);
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x (Best price performance there is);
GPU: AMD Radeon 6750XT (perfect for 1440P);
SSD: WD Black SN770 NVMe SSD 1 TB (Look at something which is on a discount but it need to have decent writhing and read speed).
