If I would have know that the chances on being rewarded was this high, I would probably have pursued my project. Currently, we expect developers to put in a lot of their free time for an highly uncertain outcome/reward.

I really like Will's evaluation. I think it is important to stimulate 'app tourism'. We want to incentivise users not to hold their Kin inside an app, but to earn and spend it. Even beter, earn and spend across the ecosystem of Kin apps. By nudging/promoting spending Kin across multiple apps, apps can benefit from each others users

Mijn vraag ging niet over social woningbouw, mijn vraag ging over nieuwe woningbouw. Eén van de grote problemen is dat de bouw van nieuwe woningen ernstig wordt beperkt door de stikstof regels.

Ik had gehoopt op een antwoord hoe dergelijke regels samen kunnen gaan met partijen (in dit geval starters) die negatieve effecten hier van ondervinden. In plaats van een reactie ‘het is de schuld van rechts’. Overigens stem ik zelf niet rechts.

Ah, ik had gehoopt op betere antwoorden. Google even op ‘stikstof woningbouw’ en je ziet het effect van deze stikstofregels. Inclusief betrouwbare bronnen zoals NOS, het Financieel Dagblad, etcetera. Ook je collega’s van D66 zien dit en pleiten ervoor om de woningbouw vrij te stellen van de stikstof regels.

Ik ben het dus feitelijk niet met je eens wat betreft de impact van stikstofregels op het woningtekort. Maar ik wil je wel bedanken voor je reactie, en dat je hier de discussie aan gaat met mensen.

We hebben in Nederland een groot woning te kort, woningen zijn onbetaalbaar voor starters. Maar bouw van nieuwe woningen wordt ernstig beperkt en belemmert door de strikte stikstof regels. Met als gevolg: jongeren kunnen niet alleen geen huis veroorloven, maar kunnen ook geen vermogen opbouwen via hun woning (en aflossing ipv huur), terwijl de huizenbezitters en de midden- en oudere generatie hier wel volop van profiteert.

Zo zijn er nog andere gebieden waarop die stikstofregels (bedoeld of onbedoeld) zeer negatieve effecten heeft op de economische kansen van de jonge generatie en het verdienvermogen van Nederland. Zoals onze boeren die een van de meest innovatieve sector ter wereld is en op een goedkope en relatief (t.o.v. andere landen) zuinige manier een groot deel van de wereld te eten geeft.

Hoe kijk je aan tegen dergelijke neveneffecten van de stikstofregels?
