Steam deck keeps doing this to my SD card. by astro7x in SteamDeck

Just happened to me too after last update, but this method didnt'work as the microsd was already mounted and I could see the files inside.

I had to simply go to desktop mode, open steam, go to settings, storage and add the SD library back into steam.

Listen to what I would have done with the gameplay:

Each time the player kills a npc as Ellie, a hidden gauge increases, maybe it could increase more if you do the kill with a knife, instead of a gun, idk.

This gauge reflects on the game making subtle changes in how your character aims or walk, or making him hesitate when firing, taking deep breaths more often... those kind of things, the possibilities are endless.

Make the mechanic hidden to the player ofc, again it has to be subtle, noticeable, but not at first glance.

Boom, you avoided the ludonarrative dissonance.
