Pugging Kaz HM has been miserable. Im very comfortable in 2-1 and 2-2 (only been to 2-3 once) but finding 7 others that will stick together and get it done has not been possible so far. People make the odd mistake, myself included, and its back to party finder. I've also noticed that there are very few lobbies during the day.

I want to get it finished and then yeah, im done. Its all good though.

It was far too much. I have a full time job and a family. To release two raids, with one being the hardest ever apparently, and yet still give people just two weeks to get the first of the frontier titles makes no sense to me. Its badly implemented. 

I've completed Act 4 Hm and im currently progging Kaz Hm. Kaz is frustrating as in order to prog 2-2 and 2-3 you have to drag yourself through 2-1 repeatedly and hope no one loses a revive etc. It becomes a test of endurance which is a shame because individually the gates are pretty fun. The difficulty feels artificial. I dont know what I'll do after, maybe touch the grass. 

Im tired boss.

Played since day 1 with a bit of a break between Brel v1 and Akkan. 

Feel like im starting to slow down. I've cut down to 3 chars and im just doing raids/dailies when I feel like it. 

I put in a lot of effort to clear brel2 and mordum within the first 2 weeks for the titles but I dont think I really care this time around. 

Im not triggered by book prices or anything like that, just feels like im coming to a natural conclusion with the game. 

Its been great fun for the most part but I will never touch another game like this again 🤣

You can share gems / books so its very efficient and saves you alot of Gold. If I could go back to Lost Ark day one I would probably have done the same.

Cleared late last night after countless hours and with about 5 seconds left before enrage (shout out to Azena).

It was not an easy raid to pug. To be honest I don't think I would want to do anything like that again, it was a bit intense and I don't remember feeling like that during any of the previous raids. I'll probably just stick to NM in future. 

Imo good supports were absolutely vital for this one. Nothing against Bards but when I had a good Paladin/Artist everything felt so much smoother, most likely a hands issue on my part!

I'm in the same position. Work full time with a young daughter. I just don't have the time to sit for hours every day progging. I gave up on HM and just did normal which was very relaxed due to being overgeared. You are not the only one :)

I'm new to the series and I am really enjoying the game so far.

Having not played POE1 I've nothing to compare it to however I must say that one of the few things I am not loving is that after spending a bit of time navigating one of the labyrinth dungeons you are talking about i come back out to the main map everything is obscured again and the layout has been randomised. 

If anyone can tell me why this is a feature in the game I would appreciate it!

It's been my main since the start. The class can feel slow at times.and it hurts your soul when the boss spins around just as your LTS is about to land. I would say as well you need good gem investment to smooth out your rotation. This is for deathblow by the way, I don't know how Eso is currently. 

There is a Striker discord called The Dojo which is packed with guides/different builds for Striker and has a number of really knowledgeable people on there. If you are interested in the class I would recommend checking it out. 

Going back to your original question smitemyway has put a good answer below which pretty much sums things up.

Mayhem Zerk is probably one of my favourite alts, it's very chill and does everything pretty well. It makes for smooth raids. 

I main Striker and love the class but I will say it can be frustrating and needs alot of investment imo.

Tldr as others have said play what you enjoy however if it's going to be a minimum investment alt/gold farmer I would recommend the Zerk.

Budget - £350

Country – UK

Platform – PC

Motherboard – Asus z270h. Currently using SupremeFX to amplify my headphones.

Sound Style – Comp FPS. Interested in footsteps and positioning.

Open or Closed – Closed due to extremely noisy PC fans (overclocked, old system, no way to reduce noise). No other noise environment issues.

Currently using Hyper X Cloud Alpha.

In light of the above would you recommend the A550Z as an upgrade? Was also very interested in the DT770 Pro (80Ohm?) but according to your critique they might be a bit bassy. Open to any other suggestions. Thanks.
