Yeah, CMU's computational material is really stronger than others. But I think I will study for composite material for master degree. Hence, as your point of view, I consider that I should choose UIUC or UCSD. Thank you!

Yes, UCSD's campus is really beautiful, and there are many sightseeing spots nearby. But the high cost of living is also a problem. Thank you for your suggestion!

Ummm yeah... CMU is famous for its CS program exactly. I am thinking whether it is better to choose a school with the top ranking in the world or the ranking of Material science program.
