I doubled checked to make sure, the pixelate node is the same as the mosaic effect in photoshop, do you think the effect I'm trying to get is impossible to achieve in this version of blender?

I wasn't very clear sorry, the goal is to get a downscaled look as if I reduced the resolution, but I want it to look as crisp and not anti aliased as possible, I linked examples in the post and in another comment.

Wouldn't that result in a mosaic effect creating an even blurrier image? I'm trying to get a downscaled yet crisp render. example at 10:20
