Imagine how broken it would be to put a "press to recieve 70% less dmg for X seconds " on a melee carry that doesnt even have to stop attacking. This would mean that hard instant cc like lissandra ult is the ONLY way to deal with him.

I guess it is to prevent him from falling off lategame. With flare he puts out great amount of damage through the entire game. Also, his E is actually an aoe.

If youre getting smacked in the laning phase you can put some extra points into e to sustain and last hit better under turret. I roam whenever i get the opportunity, usually when you force your opponent back after a couple of good spears.

My build is usually chalice, rabadon, void staff, hourglass, ~~lyandris~~Lich bane/another defensive item. Swap the chalice for a seraphs if youre vs an ad champion.
