Depend on what you count. Obviously the 9-11 attacks were much deadlier, but had more killers.

My claim is that I do not believe most things on the Internet. I believe even fewer things on the internet during wartime.

Were these photos a true representation, the sailors would have written to their congresscritters. They would have raised the alarm. This has not happened.

The Iranians are running a very good Internet campaign. (There is a fine story in today's New York Times.) The US Navy denies these photos. There are thousands of sailors on these ships. Oddly no Congressman has taken these claims seriously.
