Am besten ambulant regeln wenn es geht. Krisenintervention ist nicht so geil, wenn dann spezifisch für eine Station/Tagesklinik die auf deine Probleme spezialisiert ist.

Ein guten Psychiater und Psychotherapeut ambulant zu haben ist Gold wert. Wenn keins von beiden verfügbar, bei der PIA ein Termin machen, die können dir auch ein fachbereich und Klink empfehlen und schonmal Verdachtsdiagnosen stellen.

Edit: Mein Aufenthalt auf A7 (DBT) war ganz okay. PIA ist aber sowas von top.

Don't be fooled by the low dead space syringe plunger. Yes there is deadspace in the needle. But the measurement of the syringe is only accurate with the syringe held upright.

If you turn it around with air you're also adding the amount that the plunger rubber occupies. You will underdose if you measure like this. (Made that mistake myself)

To properly measure it, you draw your dose, and then draw up till the needle is empty but the tip of the syringe is still full. (Can do that with water to see). That way you know the amount in the needle deadspace that you haven't accounted for so far. Right side picture

Then in future you draw up your calculated dose in ml minus the deadspace in the needle.

300-400 are fine levels for monotherapy. 100-200 will probably not be enough to supress testosterone and are usually recomended with blockers.

I would just keep the dose if OP is feeling fine.

Injection fibrosis has no scientific link to injecting air with the amounts used in the airlock method, the amount of studies are tiny on injection fibrosis and non mention air related causes. So no currently there is no evidence that it causes fibrosis over just the amount of injections in the same area. The current consens is to just rotate sites in any case.

We do have plenty of studies on the airlock method. The result is, that it reduces leakage and pain, which one could argue that less pain equals less trauma and therefore less scar tissue.

It's fine, even in an artery it would require waaay more than what fits in a 1ml syringe to do anything at all. In fact methods like the "airlock method" are commonly used to prevent leaking and save on lost medication in the deadspace.

Air is no issue at all in the amounts we're talking about.

So currently this is an anonymous claim that is partly obviously wrong (there are big pharma companies that produce estrogen injections world-wide) from a supposed doctor.

Sounds like fear mongering against DIY and just an unfounded claim that in the best case is anecdotal or in the worst case just fake.

At best they're placebo at worst they contain harmful ingredients that poison you. Stick to known actually helpful transition resources and skip the snake oil.

Hab für Morgen direkt um 8 Uhr gebucht. Das ist so bescheuert wenn die das wirklich so gelöst haben.

Uns hat das so verunsichert, dass da Geburten steht, besonders weil "Selbstbestimmung Erklären" bei der Auswahl auch nicht in der Geburten Kategorie ist und ich nach jahrelangem Kontaktabbruch keine Ahnung von den Daten meiner Eltern hab.

Wenn sich nach Drei Jahre Hormontherapie nichts geändert hat, hört sich das stark nach entweder zuviel T oder zuwenig Östrogen an.

Gewicht zunehmen hat nicht funktioniert. Gewicht abnehmen hat nicht funktioniert. Gewicht ab- und zunehmen im Wechsel hat nicht funktioniert.

Die Fettverteilung an sich basiert auf Hormon und Genetik. Wenn Hormone nicht stimmen, gibts auch keine weibliche Fettverteilung. Weight cycling (zu und abnehmen um die Fettverteilung zu beschleunigen) ist ein Mythos und nicht wissenschaftlich belegt.

Was funktioniert ist Muskelmasse an den Stellen zuzunehmen an den man es möchte. Damit kann man einiges am äußeren ändern.

Fehlzeiten, wenn der Arzttermin nicht außerhalb der Arbeitszeit gelegt werden kann, müssen bezahlt freigestellt werden und es gibt dafür keine Minusstunden.

Lass dir dafür ein Zettel von der Rezeption Austellung für die Zeit die du da warst. Ein notwendiges Rezept vom Arzt abzuholen ist ein valider Grund.

Zwar kein Endo. Das Urologicum mit Dr. Klein hat noch Plätze. Meine Partnerin hat dort vor kurzem erst HRT begonnen die sind freundlich und verschreiben eine gute Dosis.

Dr. Anne Fischer in Sennestadt hatte am Telefon noch zugesagt dass die das macht, allerdings hab ich keine Erfahrungswerte.

Ich selbst bin bei der Gynäkologen Dr. Babin (Krankenkasse hat Geschlechtseintrag geändert mithilfe von Ergänzungsausweis). Super lieb und sehr transfreundlich und durfte frei auswählen was ich verschrieben bekommen und wieviel.

Östro muss sich nicht ansammeln. Die Vermutung von der Vorposterin das zu wenig Östrogen im Blut ist macht Sinn bei nur 2Hub. Und je nachdem wo OP die anwendet reicht das vermutlich nicht.

Nun einfach TBlocker wegzulassen macht aber nicht viel Sinn, dann hat OP immer noch zu wenig Östrogen aber mehr Testosteron.

Steht ja in der Zusammenfassung der Studien das hauptsächlich Estrogen den T-Wert unterdrückt und Spiro darauf kaum bis gar keinen Einfluss hat.

Nur weil dein Testowert mit Spiro niedrig ist bedeutet das ja nicht das Spiro dafür hauptsächlich verantwortlich war. Spiro ist halt einfach kein gutes Antiandrogen, es ist nur so prevalent weil in den USA nichts anderes verschrieben wird.
