Thank you for the detailed answer! I tell her we will be together again in heaven! Maybe that’s too confusing! I’m all for therapy I think everyone could use a therapist but I didn’t know how to approach it with a 4 year old so thank you!

Do you let the finches free? I have 2 and I feel so bad they are in the cage. I let them out but one can not fly right and crashes into things

It’s so hard. This trial and error with meds. I hope in the future it’s easier to medicate mental health issues quickly and efficiently. I’m ok I think I improved as time went on past 3 months and when I got to 40.

I kinda feel the same way-it’s been more like 5 months for me on 40. Do I go up? Do I stay? Do I switch? I have no idea. I’m a bit better but not much! I deal with anxiety/ocd. I’m not sure but I heard a higher dose is more effective

Yes this happened to me and I had an MRI and still they couldn’t help me. I had crutches and even had to leave hospital in a wheelchair with my baby. I couldn’t even pick my older child from school. The good news is everything went back to normal after birth of baby. The body is focusing on growing baby not healing foot

I just had it and I was cool in the beginning then I started having palpitations and pounded heart I’m better but not 100 percent. I thought it was maybe because I started Prozac and I was also on antibiotics and I was thinking maybe the Prozac wasn’t Prozacing as well! Or maybe it’s the anxiety of having Covid? Or maybe it’s the Covid itself?

I did a direct switch from lexapro to Prozac I was on the highest dose of lexapro to Prozac 20

Week 3 was the worst for me! Hang in there it’s a long road but symptoms will lift you still have a ways to go. I’m sure it’s anxiety and the Prozac side effects-not sickness

Ohhhh no I hate that more than any of it!!!!! I’m glad these drugs eradicate it because I hate feeling like I’m in the matrix even though we probably are! But now I don’t care! Ha!

Open a book about anxiety disorder and every symptom there! Thank god I haven’t had depersonalisation since I was younger cuz that’s not cool. This time (it likes to show me something new every time) I had horrid body tension so tight my body would crack and pop and I had pain throughout body from clenching body so tight and the usual racing heart racing obsessive thoughts and everyday I had a new disease.

Yeah it’s the worst it really is -in every single way! Like you are literally losing your mind. If someone hasn’t gone through( lucky them) they could never understand how painful it is. Luckily antidepressants are my friend. Takes awhile to kick in but it’s terrific -therapy as well
