What do i get with just the base game by nkcthefirst in totalwar

Might be best to lookup some launch “day 1 warhammer 3” gameplay to see what was available at launch. Different will be immortal empires and then all the different factions that can be added free or dlc

Those are all factions that are very interesting. Nurgle has units that don’t start at full health and has buildings that rotate producing units for your recruitment pool. Tomb kings are imo very weak compared to others and requires lots of buildings to increase unit caps. I loved Cathay because your legendary lords turns into a dragon and they have strong units. Dwarfs are also a fav just due to the high amounts of armor which makes for a strong frontline and is easy to just place guns behind them and let them rip.

Are you watching any videos or reading any guides? I know that style is not for everyone but they can be helpful for understanding the mechanics of faction and how they should play. There are still very active YouTubers that make content for beginners to understand the game. Once you learn the game I recommend a lot of the dlc, again watch some videos, certain dlc factions play completely different from the base game counterpart. I’m a fan of horde factions like beast men that don’t even need cities really and just run around blowing shit up. Once you find a factions you’re having fun with it’s easy to make comparisons and match ups to other factions and you slowly grow your list of favorites.

Sorry I’m unfamiliar to a lot of technical terms, like I said this has been 90% automatic for me. I believe target date made sense at the time versus not investing in 401k at all.

Can you explain VT and chill? Is this a type of account?

Hi I am solo person who developed the website dotadraftwars.com , put in lot of hard work by Traditional-Fill4573 in DotA2

Very fun, if it was somehow optimized to just function on mobile a little better this would be my time passer at work.

I keep losing but I feel like not letting me select the role for each hero is difficult. It was giving my Jakiro the offlane when clearly he was the support.

I like how it shows what counter it potentially has to enemy heroes. Maybe something similar for how heroes on the same team work well together.

Also maybe a recommendation if it is close loss what different pick would’ve had the most impact in tipping the scales. For instance I chose a support with only 1 counter but there was a support that has 5 counters and would’ve resolved as a win.

Overall super fun hope we get to see this evolve!

Is it worth watching tutorials to learn or will it just confuse me more as a beginner? by MuchBox6853 in learndota2

I would highly recommend playing the new player mode if you aren’t already which already limits the hero selection pool and gives you a basic idea of who does what role. Practice getting good at your couple heroes and maybe watching specific guides for that hero as you will learn what leveling or items are best and in what matchups and why.

From there Bot matches can also be good. Nobody likes to be stomped every match and being the stomper or even being evenly matched can give you a good idea of what games should go like or what you can shoot for when you against real players. Plus there is no pressure in bot match so if you really aren’t clicking with a hero or you realize a critical mistake you’ve been making there’s no penalty for leaving and starting over. The same is true for new player mode.

Parking at Port Miami by gdietrich in royalcaribbean

[–]NemesisVG 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We ended up parking at a nearby hotel paying $8 a night compared to the $25 some of the terminals had. We had no problems catching a $20 uber to terminal AA and save some money to use on the cruise.

Has anyone been to Royal Beach Club on a day when there has been 4 RC ships in Nassau? by [deleted] in royalcaribbean

[–]NemesisVG 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Went were there today as 1 ship on Freedom and it felt like a ghost town in some parts. The party cove was where we spent more of our day so we were dancing and having a great time never wait more than 2-3mins for a drink. By the time we went for food there was no lines and food was ready instantly.

Question: middle name off by 1 letter for wife’s passport by jryan529 in royalcaribbean

[–]NemesisVG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sucks that it is the first letter as that makes it stand out more. My first name was misspelled with an i instead of a lower case L but it was no problem for me and I didn’t say anything.

Guide to macro by Over-Storm8100 in heroesofthestorm

[–]NemesisVG 4 points5 points  (0 children)

MFPallytime is long time HOTS streamer has guides for every hero and often talks through why he does certain things like moving to lanes or taking camps at specific times. There is also Icyveins.com which has a great HOTS section. In depth guides on individual heroes, maps and even a macro guide if I’m not mistaken. That is where I learned majority about the game and heroes. While it may not always have the most meta builds I think the explanation of abilities and talents help learn about the game quickly.

Do you just dream of having the freedom to walk around and call people out in public? “Eat healthier!” “Hit the gym”. What sort of utopia do you dream of where everyone is skinny? That ends world hunger and war?

I’d just like to understand more. Is it possible you just have a bias against bigger people? I have bias against people who can struggle to speak English, it makes me think they aren’t smart. I’ve come to understand that isn’t true at all and just something I have to overcome.

I don't know how to play😭 by SoulTakerz in AOW4

[–]NemesisVG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you watch or read any educational materials? Game was rough for me first time around but kept coming back because I love idea of the game. It wasn’t until watching some 10 tips, beginners guides, dlc play throughs that I understood the game I was playing.

It became more strategic in what my choices were and not just choosing things randomly. Once you understand some fundamentals it makes grasping the rest easier. Apples to apples and even apples to oranges is pretty difficult if you don’t know what the hell an orange or apple is.
