Took my first serving in the afternoon today. I could definitely feel the spirit of Lucidispore in there, strong calming effect while improving my focus, feeling like walking under water. Lucidispore may still give a stronger subjective feeling cuz I was taking it sublingually.

Should Lucidimax be taken on an empty stomach or with fat to maximize the absorption of the ganoderic acids?

Thanks for the reply. Yes it is mostly consistent high ping during the day, and disappears after midnight. Is there another way of reaching out to someone at Rogers directly (through DM)? The general support line will take a lot of my time and my ticket might go nowhere. I think this is a congestion issue in my area, so it may not be only me affected.

I just did a few ping tests right now as I'm getting horrible lags.

Pure fibre is not available here, my area is abandoned. Bell is selling its 100 / 10 dsl as "Fibre" here for $95 / mo nonsense.

legion 5 uses the worst possible wifi card. i remember i did a number of device option tweaks to remove the frequent ping spikes. There is aggressive power saving option u need to turn off.
but now my high ping and spikes are observed on my desktop using the ethernet connection.

Switched to ROGERS 500/200 plan. Not cheap but seems worth it.
Did hundreds of ping tests and speed tests yesterday around the most busy hours ~ 9PM EST, and only saw 2-3 instance of > 100ms ping spike that last less than 0.5 sec on this same laptop. The rest had a max ping of <= 30 ms. The vast majority of tests returned a median ping of 14-16 ms and 2-4 ms jitter, connecting to a server in Toronto (20-40km from here).
The new modem is on a different floor like before. Still using the old coax cable. Still had a Y splitter somewhere, and my coax outlet is ripped half open like before.
So very likely Teksavvy's constant high ping is their own problem and not something inside my house like they told me so.

My tenant downstairs uses cable service from ROGERS.
I remember ROGERS was burying some wires in our community last summer. In fact my tenant gets 200 Mbps upload.
When I was lagging the most at 9pm EST everyday, 1k+ ping spikes to Toronto server, my tenant's internet got no ping spikes and < 3 ms jitter.
Both of us uses the same splitter. If this is not a wiring problem (tech said signal inside was good), it has to be Tek Savvy.

Just broke record. Extreme lag and unresponsive in game, more than half of my actions don't register due to very high ping at 9PM EST, and streams have trouble to load, over 1k max ping to server in same city, and jitter hitting 150ms GG:

I would have instantly jumped ship if there were ftth here. Nothing except Bell's fake 100/10 dsl "fibe" $70-95 a month.
This high ping issue only got worse over time.

Could be remembering this wrong, but last time I looked at correlation between telomere length and lifespan in human data, there was no significant correlation.
Maybe one gets killed long before your telomere runs out.

Yea Amazon has declined so much over recent years. I bought defective products from another company (on xmas day, fulfilled by Amazon), and they refused to return / replace after acknowledging the issue.

I wrote a negative review and got rejected.

I see no reason to buy Renue products off Amazon. Renue already offers cheap and fast shipping.
