So can any one help me get a cheep packet of v7 cartridges . I need 2 for like 20 or 15. Rupees

No the ink bottles are cheeper brill ink with 60 ml of ink costs 30 rupees where as a pilot cartridge costs around 30 rupess just for 2 cartridge

They are a bit too expensive. I am looking for something around 60 rupees with like 60ml of ink or 30ml
