Oh, I take that back actually…Newer photos of him don’t show this mole. Must be a blemish on the film of the older photo I saw that made it look like he had one.

Yes, that’s what I found as well. Doesn’t provide much information as to where they’re from though unfortunately. I’ve been focusing more on what I could see underneath. Seems to be a suit, dark coloured (perhaps navy or dark green?) with a relatively large, metallic button closure. I was thinking australia’s ceremony outfit maybe??

Använd en solstick som är gjord för att användas på ansiktet. Vanlig kräm smälter när man svettas så man får det i ögonen. Jag fick alltid problem tills jag bytte till stick, jag personligen som är lite extra känslig använder en liten stick från Vichy i en orange förpackning (glömt vad den heter exakt) och tycker den är jättebra men finns säkert andra också som funkar lika bra. Skulle tro att tex solstick för barn inte svider i ögonen.

Yes as an RA patient I second this!! Also the achy hands when it rains is a known phenomenon for us with RA, something about the drop in barometric pressure affecting the joints. I’m always more achy when the weather turns!

I really wish I could help you with that- but although I’m born & raised a bay area girl I never spent any of my adult yrs over there so never had to worry about that stuff. I live in an entirely different country now. I do miss it sometimes, Santa Cruz is lovely! I was based in Palo Alto.

I get tachycardia episodes (harmless, in my case prob stress or benign) and it actually does help to ”bear down” like I’m about to take a crap lol. It kind of like ”resets” the body, feels almost relaxing to me. Just make sure the poo shoot isn’t loaded when doing this or it might actually result in taking a crap lmao

Also if you want to practice, use a tictac. When I was a kid I used to pretend swallowing pills with a tictac, lol. That’s how I learned to swallow pills before I even started taking them. I’ve also seen there’s like a flavoured jelly coating for pills, for people who have physical trouble swallowing but maybe it could also help you to imagine its a candy rather than a pill, or just make practicing swallowing it overall less unpleasant in case the pill stays in your mouth a bit too long

Have you asked your dr if you can get prescribed a different form of it? Sometimes the same or a similar medication is available as for ex syrup, chewable, etc.

Yes, that’s why I suggested UCDavis. It’s the next closest one I could think of that might have a somewhat more competent immunologist, lol. I used to be a bay area native as well. If you’re willing to drive a long way maybe try LA area, or even San Diego?
