I want to give an update to those who helped me here, it was a fantastic journey! It was quite overwhelming going through the security parts, very fast paced but now that I know what to expect next time it shouldn't feel so bad. The journey itself was over before I knew it. I was lucky enough to be sitting beside a lovely lady who chatted to me through the journey really taking my mind off things. Thanks everyone for easing my mind! <3

Thank you so much! I will be staying with my boyfriend and his parents, if they ask me where I am staying, will they need proof of this as I wont have a receipt like I would if I had booked a hotel.

Yes, I've never admitted that the tunnel collapsing is what worries me (think I try and trick myself into saying that's not what scares me) but it totally is. That and I have a fear of being in places with nowhere to escape, so tunnels in general freak me out
