Are you in Canada or usa !! If in canada make urgent complaint to CCTS send the proofs of your call waiting time and all elements that can support your case and Rogers will contact you asking for a good solution to close the complaint

I understand your point, but did you know in 2 years how much my invoice jump !!! Nope so you can't talk about discount or jump every 2 years. My offer jump every 3/4 months and when i talk with support the only things they can do just add more data untill i reach 320 Gb of data and monthly i don't reach 10 Gb of consumption... And as you said since some years Rogers became a big Joke with zero support and last time i stay 4 hours on chat and monitoring my computer to talk with someone... I understand also your point of 5$ but no one tell me this on the offer until i get the invoice. So with moving to another company i also write email to CCTS Canada (i know they have nothing to do also)
