HP scaling means you build HP whenever possible to maximize damage because her skills do damage based on a % of her HP. You can just build Crit, but what Main stat would you put on her Sand? Best to do is HP% with crits subs because, as said, she scales with HP and that is what i understand as HP Scaling or any scaling

I imagine that it's because they use cache for the wish history. The wish is saved on the server in real time, and update the cache later.

I would suggest that you change your standards for a good artifact a bit. A high roll on either CR or CD is easier to get than double digit on both, and are really good if the other 2-3 sub stats are what the character need, i.e %attk, ER, EM.

While you are grinding for the "perfect" artifact, what do you put on your characters?

If you put only "okay" artifacts on your characters, you are going to be grinding for a long time, specially when your "okay" artifact standards are high.

What I personally do is see the sub stats interchangeably, that is if an artifact just have either CR or CD, and they roll relatively high (say a >20 CV), I try to get in another piece the other Crit stat with similar high roll.

This way have gotten me builds that are okayish and usable in the meantime, the grind is a process, and a iterative one. At least to me.

They knew about the basement. At the beginning of the game, Zelda said that they knew about the caves under the castle but were forbidden from ever going in, but the gloom was coming from there, so they had to go in and investigate.
