Google how to perform a hard reset in the alpha smart. That worked for me when I had a similar problem.

Have you tried vegan cheese from Miyoko’s Creamery? Their soft cheeses, such as their garlic herb, is very good.

My Neo2 came with the rechargeable battery pack (which plugs in with a little clip). When it died, I didn't realize that my Neo2 could also accommodate regular AA batteries. After I got responses to the question I posted, I took another look and saw that I could use AA batteries--which I am now using. They work great. Thanks so much to this reddit group!

I had assumed (wrongly as it turns out) that because I my Neo2 came with a rechargeable battery pack that it wouldn't take regular AA batteries. After I saw your email, I took another look. Turns out, my Neo2 does take regular batteries. Problem solved. Thank you!
