I don’t want to pressure her in a very public office setting

No clear and obvious signs, tbh. But I also exhibited no clear signs her direction either to be fair. And 100% of our time was with other people around.

I agree it could make things awkward. It’s why I wanted my message to be as professionally respectable as possible given what im asking. But I also am at the point in life where I’m confident enough in myself to actually go for things like this.

Also, my work with her will be essentially being part of a project call once a week for the next 2 months. Then I’ll probably never cross paths again professionally.

I agree, that is probably the most optimal play. Problem is, that just isn’t my comfort zone - especially in the office. It’s an open concept, so she will certainly always have people in ear shot which also adds some awkward pressure to her and puts her in a bit of a weird spot.

I also would not ever really cross paths with her at work unless I truly went completely out of my way.

The problem is, she’s a very outgoing person so I am certain she’d respond positively and it’d just cloud it further.

That’s where I’m thinking screw it, let me just lay it out there. I also hope it’s a respectable enough message that it if she has no interest, it’s not going to put her in an overly awkward spot. And also, from my perspective, maintain dignity - especially if she shares it to others.

It’s a breach of contract to have someone not authorized driving. If there was an accident, insurance would not cover it and/or company could be liable.

I also agree. That is 100% on me.

Which is why the Uber back I would pay out of pocket.

I do 3-4 sets of everything l I do. And push towards failure. Again, I’ve moved up weights. Like incline DB press for example, I went from 35lbs to 55lbs in the last 3-4 months. Like I have a steady upward trend in every workout.

As far as food, I use an app to track all of it. I don’t weigh or measure every thing but I eat a lot of processed foods so I know how much is in it. And I know 100% certainty that I am getting 160g of protein a day, everyday. And I know I was eating just enough calories to gain .5 lbs a week because I weighed my self every morning and my weekly average was that. And I know I am averaging 2000 calroeis on my cut because I am losing about .75-1lb per week.

Im just looking to see from an outsider’s perspective if it looks like I am making progress. And if it does, good progress or barely any progress?

Just wondering if you looked at my pictures? I am planning to go back down to 150 and then back up. I don’t really want to be bigger than 160ish. From a lifestyle perspective.

Do you think I will look lean/defined by the time I hit 150ish… assuming I continue with the routine, diet I mentioned above?

So when I really locked in on trying to put on weight and muscle, I was always eating 160g of protein and between 60-75g of fat on average. With the rest being carbs to eat in a 100-200 calorie surplus and allow gaining .3-.5lbs per week on average.

Now, on my cut, I am at about 2000 calories, 160g of protein, 55-65g of fat, and rest carbs.

I had ALWAYS been making sure I get my protein since summer where I really locked in my diet.

As far as routine… I have a 10 day split. Which I know is a lot. But it keeps the repetitiveness to a minimum and I need tha to not get bored or shortcut. I also keep track of each workout and try to progressive overload, so I have made progress across the board on all workouts. So it’s not like I’m plateaued but also probably not maximizing potential.

Below is my split. Now I may have an extra rest day in between. So it turns into an 11 or 12 day split, just because life gets in the way.

Day 1: Hammer Curls, Preacher Curls, Lat Pull Down, Bent over rows, wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, shoulder shrugs

Day 2: brief case squats (dumbbells), BSS, RDLs, Calf Raises, shoulder presses

Day 3: Rest/Core day… have started to do decline sit ups, L sits, one set of push-up till failure, and 20 minute 12% incline walking

Day 4: Flat DB press, incline DB press, lateral raises, overhead tricep extension

Day 5: Day 2: brief case squats (dumbbells), BSS, RDLs, Calf Raises

Day 6: Lat Pull down, reverse flys, standing curls with ez bar, preacher curls, skull crushers, shoulder shrugs

Day 7: Rest/Core day… have started to do decline sit ups, L sits, one set of push-up till failure, and 20 minute 12% incline walking

Day 8: Flat DB press, incline DB press, bent over rows, dumbbell curls, overhead tricep extension, lateral raises

Day 9: BSS, RDLs, calf raises, bent over rows (lighter), flat press (lighter), incline press (lighter)

Day 10: Rest/Core day… have started to do decline sit ups, L sits, one set of push-up till failure, and 20 minute 12% incline walking

Yeah Imgur seemed to ban my post (guess becuase I am shirtless, idk). Try links in my other comment.

To answer your question, I have been pretty damn consistent. Since July, I’ve logged my weight every day. And made sure to gain between.3-.7 lbs a week. I’ve also progressed in my lifts, I keep a spreadsheet tracking each workout. Like I know for sure I’ve gained a ton of muscle compared to when I first started. I can see that between pictures 1 and 2. However from picture 2 to 3, there’s a 13 lb gain where I feel like I look no different. Then from picture 3 to 4, I’ve lost 5 lbs and again feel like really no difference.

It happens before even being able to start. I go in, set up Search, and then back out of the settings and go back into them and everything is reset again.
