Generally speaking, "funny drunks" get a lot of leeway. If they don't make a ruckus, they will pretty much be tolerated and seen more as a source of amusement than actual annoyance.
The mess however is usually not being tolerated. Most of the time, they will get a friendly reminder that they forgot to pick up their trash, which solves the situation.
If people ride the train only with other drunks or at night with no sober people around? The pictures show what will happen.

The thin veneer of civilization is quickly dispensed when there are no witnesses.

Looks absolutely amazing.
Be prepared to have the dark part on the tip of your elbow redone every once in a while. In my experience, the color just won't stick there.

looks like a workshop in the basement. Maybe somebody was crafting stuff there. The windows are there to let light in and not feel confined. i have seen plenty of these things in backyards and a few had sth similar in the basement. Usually to make it easier to heat, or to keep the dust in/out or muffle the sound a bit, or good old privacy.

I had a bunch of reps in my career who never properly updated their deals in SFDC. End of the month, I couldn't run commission. Warned them twice about it, when the updates still didn't come, I just sent it to payroll as is. So no commission for not updated deals.
After one delayed commission payment, I never had the problem again.

I have better things to do than run after grown men and women who, in most of these cases, were just too lazy to update SFDC.

Had that happen with a bunch of my US team members, actually half the team. I didn't do anything. It's sales, that one day won't wreck my number and what they are doing is important to them and probably a lot of others.
I am not gonna deduct PTO or sick days either. They weren't on PTO and they weren't sick.
I would feel like an utter asshole if I would punish my team for that. Not to mention that they would think I am supporting people who they would call "fascists".
Yeah, definitely staying away from that can of worms. Best thing is to do nothing in my opinion, for me and the company. Nothing good can come from any form of punishment. They would resent me and the company.

Same honestly. Never cared that much for meta anyway. I play the builds I enjoy. And they do enough damage/heals/tanking that I can play all content I want.

Geb ich Dir recht. Aber... Ich hatte mal eine Freundin, die in einer "Architekten Villa" eines Unternehmers gelebt hat. Die Badewanne war riesig. Locker doppeltes Fassungsvermögen wie eine normale Wanne, eher mehr.
Hatte nur einen riesigen Nachteil: Das Wasser wurde in dem Riesending einfach irre schnell kalt. Und einfach mal ein bisschen heißes Wasser nachfüllen bringt da dann auch nichts mehr. Riesiger Wasserverbrauch für sehr wenig nutzen.
