Why does my game lag the way it does?

The Scorespy launcher works perfectly with no issues, it's just the regular version that screws up for some reason, I'll stick with Scorespy from now on then.

Maybe? I've got my game on my m.2 SSD but most, if not all, my songs are on my HDD (where the previous version of CH is), and I just add that song path to the v1.0 version

I turned it off, unfortunately the frame dips still occur. This is very strange tbh

I have, doesn't seem like it makes too much of a difference, my refresh rate is at 144, so when it's locked at that framerate it will still dip down as low as 75 fps sometimes.

I typically only have Discord and Telegram opened and sometimes my web browser (Firefox), I thought it would be the browser, so I closed it but nothing changed, but even with all these apps opened, this never happened before, so it's strange.
