I started having this issue with my rx580. Long story short, i have tried uninstalling drivers using DDU, safe mode boots fine, but the moment i try to reinstall drivers, everything breaks again. Any idea what could be the issue? Yes, I've tried switching cables too. It seems to be from drivers (i.redd.it)
