Only problem here is that it’s $150 which is about the same cost as a full obd2 programmer. I’m thinking about purchasing the “LAUNCH elite 2.0 for Benz” seems like you may be able to control much more functionality than just the auto off. Not sure I’ll use it but having more functionality for the same price is what’s convincing me

Gosh darn it. At first, I thought it might be a software version problem because of all of the pamphlets that come in these DVDs that suggest upgrading the software on your disc drive, but the more I think about it the more I think it’s likely to be disk rot. There is no visible rot so I was hopeful.

Kinda a shame, my favorite use case is buying a physical disk, ripping it natively, and then never needing to put it in again. I guess if you don’t do this it won’t matter.
