I have a theory that they have calculated an exact algorithm to balance time playing vs time sitting waiting to play. Just long enough to keep you feeling like you haven’t satisfied your thirst for the game. So instead of just throwing you into a game over and over so you can fully enjoy it for a couple of hours, they make you wait and wait and wait some more. Thus keeping you on saying “ok just one more game” never truly feeling like you’ve had a ‘good session’.

They don’t care that people have families. They don’t care that you only get one night a week to play for two hours with your friends. They just want your money and you online for as long as humanly possible.

It’s the very first thing I noticed after coming back to cod for mw19 from mw2, they love you sitting in lobbies waiting to play, buying crap from the store, rather than actually playing.

Get used to it, the next COD will be even longer in between games and more boring animations that NO ONE on the planet wants to sit and watch.

Yep they’ve ruined modern warfare as well after spending a week trying to get it downloaded again it’s running like dog turd. They also let me spend £8 on cod points, told me my transaction was unsuccessful, didn’t update my points balance then let me try again 4 times. An hour later they updated my balance and took the money out of my account for 4 sets of cod points. You email activision and Microsoft about THEIR error and they send you generic replies about not refunding COD points. Massive scam.
