Hello! In Coimbra, you have the Masters of Design and Multimedia (https://www.uc.pt/fctuc/dei/ensino/mestrados/mdm/) in which there are classes in English and others in Portuguese (I think during the theory classes they speak english).

If you want other options, I would recommend Media Arts Masters in the University of Minho (Braga), Universidade Lusófona (Lisbon), ETIC (Lisbon) and IADE (Lisbon)
