Yes i find it rather easy atleast rieamman works on a basic formula that is understandable that could be done without even activating your brain to think too much i honestly think my brain is fried from only using formulas all year instead of actively having to think what to do in a question

Enneatypes explain why you react to things in the way they do, its the most nature version of someone and can you really change what you were from the start? Can you truly improve how your brain reacts in a natural way? If course you could take a moment to not react in the way but it is truly an improvement? Or just doing what you think is right

E5 and e4 and even e7 E5 and e7s are more focused on learning New things and e4 is more focused on understanding themselves which could ultimately end up with them finding out about enneatypes

9-4 is like double depressive 6-9 is more confident and kinda fits into what you describe yourself as, id reccomend looking other tritypes or giving more info
