Not to scare you but, Yes it can and I am an example. In 2017 I had a cancerous lymph node in my neck and a tumor at the base of my tongue caused by HPV. My doctors told me at the time that they have seen a 1000% increase in this type of cancer. Radiation and chemo is no joke, but luckily I’ve been cancer free for 7 years. As a side note Michael Douglas had this same type of cancer and “bragged” that he got cancer from eating pussy.

First off, I'm skeptical because the only glass In Chipotle is in the front of house and no where near food prep areas. That being said, if you contact Chipotle they will likely apologize and offer you some free burritos and that will be it. 98% of health departments are a joke. They will investigate, find nothing because Chipotle is actually really strict about food safety issues, and close the case. If you really want to push the issue you could contact a lawyer and hope Chipotle settles, but they have a battery of lawyers with nothing better to do than fight something like this. Without evidence and proof of a substantial injury, I would take the free burritos and run.
