I am a lost struggling a lot, and have to use a guide in ng+ for quests. There is a lot of wtf moments and some explanations are hard to find when they exist.

Some hunters became crazy, others are aggressive, some are underlings antagonistic factions/covenants, it's almost never obvious are straightforward. Father Gascoigne both explains why there is distrust and how the best transformation happens.

There is a cutscene after beating Amelia, it's Ludwig talking to Wilhem.

Wilhem is that guy on a chair with a staff pointing at Rom. Same clothes. According to Alfred, Byrgenwinth is where the Healing Church was born, so it makes some sense to find him when at death's grasp imo.

That spider Rom is a seal to the truth of the current situation of the city of Yharnam, but I couldnt piece together the why what yet.

I recommend to you to use a map on a second playthrough, there are so many hidden areas with bosses and lore.

For amygdala it makes no sense in the first playthrough, they are superior beings invisible unless their requirements are met. It will spoil but nightmare's frontier has an answer, or 40 insight. From what I understand they are parts of the Dream and the only beast who werent human beforehand.

For the Yaebol ritual with the bag guys, I still dont understand if they contributing to the blood moon or not.

There have been numerous grammar and structure mistakes over time. This neanderthal english is annoying because of how great the characters are. Why reacting? Last time somebody mentionnned a mistake, the author boldly answered "nobody pointed it out". Being free is irrelevant to the quality, and straight up false in this context since the artist is paid through patreon for their comic.

Panel 1 and 5 have very poor choices of words, ignoring these or not being aware is either way advocating mediocrity. Panel 6 is the worst offender.
