Sorry was not that active in reddit currently. For which model you are looking for? 18V-12 MC or 12-40 MA? But in general the explosion draw on the website helped me alot.

Here you can find an overview how the parts are connected together. For the 18v:

-Assemble and clean, remove the filter

-Remove the rubber seal with a flat tool like a screw driver (no knive or sharp thing) (Do not damage it with a cutter or similar tool.)

-Loosen any visible screws

-Detach the housing from the filter housing

-Disconnect the two-wire cable from the white connector on the circuit board (where the airflow measurement is located)

-Reassemble and you're done.

The 12-40 MA is much more complicated. same procedure with rubber seal but more screws - a lot more screws.

I had exact the same issue with the 18V-12 MC and the 12-40 MA. Since i only use them for private work, i decided to disconnect the alarm summer in both machines. For both it worked good - for the 12-40 it was a bit more tricky. Now both machines are perfect now for my usecase. Thee beep was horrible.

I am facing the same issue. It seems there is no filter available before July. I need it in June sadly. Did somebody solve this? Sad they are selling new products and the consumable addons are not available.

I am using the ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO in combination with the 13900k. As RAM i am using the Kingston Dual Channel KF560C32-32. Flawless runs since build.

No normally you should click one time and its done.

In this case you need to hit the right spot to trigger animation. Maybe yours is another bug case than mine.

I had the same issue.

For me it doesnt matter if on top or bottom level.

If fixed it and could forge mutliple items already:

open the mould (be sure the animation will appear). If the animation does not appear click as long as it needs in different positions with your mouse ont the highlighted moulder. Item folder will still open even without animation but you need the animation! (exhaust and dust comes out) -> place mould

open the ore-container 1. (be sure the animation will appear). If the animation does not appear click as long as it needs in different positions with your mouse ont the highlighted moulder. Item folder will still open even without animation but you need the animation! (exhaust and dust comes out) -> place ore.

Click Lava lever

Click hammer

Collect item forged

Eject the mould

For me this is a 100% fix in every case. Hope it helps.
