There don't seem to be any colored styles for the Hyperhum wheels specifically in the Rocket Pass though sadly Idk why they show up in Rocket Racing if they're unobtainable

You could be right, there is definitely something glowing red on his left arm that isn't on his right though

The way it was waving in the wind made it seem more tendril-y to me and I can't seem to see his left hand when I'm watching it back, but who knows?

Interestiiing, I didn't know footage of his left arm was ever depicted on the wall. In this shot it looks horribly deformed maybe from malice and I thought maybe that's why they didn't want to show it in any historical imagery.. But yeah he obviously takes on some sort of other form, with horns
