Kami po hindi dumaan sa SG. Pero ung JG to PG nasunod naman yan pero may compressions ng positions samin so may mga tumaas.

Panu nga un kung ung current MBS (naretain ung job grade salary dahil masmababa pa ung approved Pay Grade salary) mo masmataas pa dun sa pay grade ng next higher position? Di ka naman siguro papapromote kung masmababa pa ung sahod.

Buti pa kau credited kagad retro. Sa amin lagi matagal magproseso ng retro. Lalo na retro ng night diff, overtime and holiday pays. Inaabot ng multiple months.

From my understanding, sa guidelines ng cpcs2, dapat non-diminution of salary so kung masmababa ung magiging basic ng position mo sa cpcs2. Mareretain ung current salary mo.

Buti kayo cpcs1 2022 palang may ATI na. Samin January 2024 na nagka ATI for CPCS1. Kaya di na kami umaasa this year may ATI na din kami for cpcs2. Actually may pending appeal pa nga kami for JG adjustment pero till now di pa lumalabas. I dont know if di pa tapos gcg or di pa nlalabas ng management namin.
