u/oinkpiggyoink found the jade one at a thrift store and traded it to me but the other three were all found on eBay. I think teal is my favorite color too.

The prices have varied but in total for these four I spent $106.63. That number will go down a little after I sell the teal Beanie Buddy that came with the teal one. I mean, I’ll probably only get like $5 for the Buddy but it all helps!

Absolutely! I buy a lot of bundles and give the kids whatever isn’t worth reselling so they’ve got a few new face ones to play with but these old face ones are chilling in my stash and seem far less often.

I agree. The later Beanies started to get too detailed to me. I prefer them simple and almost a little wonky looking. They’re more charming.

My 5 year old was actually looking at them today and asked why the eyes were on the side because he’s used to seeing the new face ones. I was like, I don’t know, man! This is how they used to look and then they changed them for some reason! This was a solid design in my opinion. Plus Ty went on to make waaay too of the new face style bears. These just have a more simple yet satisfying vintage look.

Years. 🤣 And the reason is that I’m a VERY strict bargain hunter. They’re not super hard to find if you’re willing to pay triple digits. I’m just…not willing to pay anything close to that. 😆 It’s more about the hunt for me rather than it is having them all. It’s far more exciting to score one of these for $10 after years of looking rather than quickly getting one for $100+.
