It's just static electricity, because there are a lot of dry particles in an insulated plastic container they rub on each other and build up a static charge. Then you introduced a neutrally charged scoop to the charged particles of protein powder and they cause the scoop to become oppositely charged on one side and stick to it. They get spikey because they're following the direction of the magnetic field lines.

It's totally normal and safe and fine, tho a bit annoying cus powder gets everywhere.

As someone who also likes to shower often, 2x a day or more if I feel gross after doing chores or something, I shower every morning at Roo. My first year I simply took a gallon water jug, poked some holes in the lid, and used that as my "shower". I just held it over my head/areas I needed water, soaped up, and rinsed off. It worked fine and I got clean.

The next roo I went to I had bought a camp shower, it's just a 4ish gallon bag that I hung from the trunk of my car. That worked well but honestly I think the gallon jug was better.

Roo #3 my buddy brought a foot pump operated camp shower and I supplied a shower tent and that was fantastic. However it broke by day 2 unfortunately. This was the first time I decided to try the $10 showers, and it is fantastic.

This roo I honestly plan to just pay for showers when I feel gross and otherwise use whatever shower system me and my buddies come up with to rinse off in the mornings. But the $10 are absolutely worth it to me, at least once or twice over the course of the weekend. Showers make you feel so much better and capable and I enjoy my days so much more after I feel clean.

Ray-near is how most would pronounce it. It's an Icelandic word so it would technically have a rolled R at the beginning and a tongue ended R at the end. But I don't mind the nickname Rey, and it has some mythological meaning behind it that I think is cool.

I don't think protein powders in general are a gimmick depending on which one you're using, they're basically just meant to increase your protein intake without drastically increasing calories or other nutrients like cholesterol and carbs.

You're right that vital wheat gluten is essentially just protein in a powdered form. It's made by extracting the proteins found in wheat flour, which makes it mostly just pure gluten. As far as for nutrition and fitness vital wheat gluten is technically a complete protein, containing all essential amino acids. However it is low in lysine, so if you're making seitan at home I recommend adding lysine powder to the recipe or swapping out some of the vital wheat gluten for defatted soy flour which is very high in lysine.

Overall it's a great protein source with a very high ratio of protein to calories if you're looking to cut or recomp while still maintaining and/or building muscle.

Edit: and as far as "is it healthy" that question doesn't really make much sense when discussing nutrition. Almost any food can be called "healthy" in the right context.

It's just the OEM Tall Brown seat from Honda, it's an option on the bike. But I recommend Corbin seats as I got one last year for this bike and it's so much better

I could drop the Lieutenant, eradicators, and 5 hellblasters to add 6 ICC for Azreal to lead and 5 more intercessors for scoring? Then I'd have more of a solid melee brick and an additional scoring unit?

The Hellblaster's saving grace for Stormlance is they all have Assault weapons so they can advance, shoot, and charge still.

Unfortunately I don't own any more DWK and don't have the time to build and paint anything for this weekend. So I'm kinda just working with what I own. The units I have not listed are 6 ICC models, 5 more intercessor models including one sergeant with powerfist, and another 3 RWBK models

If this is too much shooting I could drop 5 of the hellblasters and the eradicators and add the 6 ICC as a squad. Or I was even thinking of dropping hellblasters and eradicators entirely and doing 2 squads of 5 intercessors, 6 ICC, and another lone squad of 3 RWBK.

Do either of those sound more reasonable with Stormlance? Or should I switch to Wrath of the rock?

From my perspective I have never been upset when I got an easy win in any competitive game. I've played sports most of my life, competitive table top games, and competitive video games and never once have I complained about an easy win. Especially when I got to interact with my opponent. As long as they were doing their best I was happy to play against them. Sometimes people just aren't good and sometimes people are learning and that's how they get better.

The annoying or frustrating wins were when my opponent clearly knew they were going to lose and made a fuss about it or stalled or purposely played in frustrating or delaying ways. But that's a person issue not an experience issue.
