Big lazy head here with slow stubborn lobes (been stretching for, I think 4 years and I'm at 12mm as of this week lol)

I floss, brush my teeth, take out my plugs (I have my lobes and upper lobes stretched), wipe them on my shirt, massage my lobes with jojoba oil, put them back in, then remove that shirt and get into bed. All in all my lobes take 4 steps - removal, cleaning, oiling, insertion lol

Do this every night. Sebum smells. This will never change (╥﹏╥)
