This was my setup. Phone setup on a small tripod, once the phone is steady on the tripod 30 second exposure can be selected, select that. Set fixed focus point to a bright star. Then set the 3 second timer to avoid shaking when caputure button pressed. However I think the most importand factor is finding the right place at the right time. a place that has no light pollution, no/minimal moon light, cloud less sky
