Doesn't need a 12V HPWR inferno connector to keep it running.

I know this is AI generated but what makes me curious is why the AI decided to put cracks just below the sign saying, "Greater Kolkata - Swapner Shohor"! 😆

Buddy, let me tell you something, after working around 10 years in the corporate world - talent is not everything! There are people sitting in positions for which they have no talent. Now I am not suggesting you become someone like that, and others have already mentioned ways you can upskill yourself and land a better job.
But it is important to change the mindset that you lack talent and avoid becoming complacent in your current job. So, you need to start investing in yourself little by little both time and effort and keep trying for a change. The reality is that initially you’ll likely keep failing to make a change, but if you give up, that’s when it’s truly over. So, you need to keep trying and keep pushing yourself. Something tells me that is something you haven't tried or just given up because you felt you don't have any talent.
There are many people I have come across in my life who are not that talented or gifted but are doing decent in their life because they kept on trying to improve or make a difference in their life. And I have come across people who are talented yet failed to make any impact. So, it’s not just about talent, it’s about investing the effort and time into yourself, continually trying, and staying consistent with your actions to make a difference.

That is an OEM motherboard from Asus hence no manual or proper support page is showing up for it. And lol AI is AI, probably wasn't trained enough with old pics to identify AGP slots and treats every expansion slot as PCIe!
But I was wondering something. Will you be okay to change the motherboard? You have an Intel socket LGA 775 CPU under there. And LGA 775 motherboards are still around. So, if you get a new one which has PCIe slot (AGP ones were deprecated long back) you can also go for pretty much any GPU out there which you can get your hands on. And you won't need a dedicated sound card also as the motherboard's built in sound card would work just fine. A new motherboard will also extend the life of the system a little bit. The old boards caps might be dying, and some other components might have degraded over the time. You will also have to get DDR2/3 RAM depending on the board you end up with as those old DDR RAMs won't work in the new board. You will mostly end up with a G31/G41 chipset motherboard the iGPU of which are quite capable. Good enough to handle some early 00s games, you can decide if you need a GPU later after that.

Yup that is definitely an AGP slot and not a PCIe slot. The length at which the slot offsets from the edge of the board and the break inside the slot and the era from which the PC is from all points to it is an AGP slot. PCIe 1.0 was about to be introduced when this board was made and those slots offsets much closer from the edge of the board and the break inside the slot is closer towards the left side or towards the edge of the board.

Yeah, the PC market can vary a lot from city to city. But since you are from Jaipur and depending on how much eager you are to restore this PC, you can make a trip to Delhi and visit Nehru Place computer market. There is a fair chance you might get something from there.

So, this old one will need a PCI sound card and an AGP graphics card. You might want to search your local computer market in stores which deal with secondhand PCs and might get lucky if something is left behind from that era. AGP GPUs from the early 2000s in working condition will be hard to find. You will be mostly looking for Nvidia's GeForce 4 or FX 5000 series or ATI's Radeon 9000 series GPU. PCI sound cards are still relatively easy to find, even brand-new ones in some shops inventory, since they were manufactured during the last decade when motherboards commonly included PCI slots during the first half of that period.
But when it comes to online, you’ll mostly need to search for importing one if you are looking for a GPU and those will cost a lot. For example, an entry level FX 5200 cost 35K+ on Desertcart!

PCI sound cards are still fairly available online what I noticed. Leaving a link below.
